Last Friday did food tasting for Favola's Special Dish of
April -- Strangozzi al Tartufo Nero.
This original Umbrian pasta recipe
is made with Strangozzi –
a typical Umbrian thick spaghetti
with black truffle sauce.
The base of the sauce is made with
extra virgin olive oil and grated fresh truffle.
Served with additional grated truffle
and flakes of aged Parmegiano Regiano.
It was more than delicious.
The simplicity and freshness of the
ingredients made my afternoon light
and relaxed :)
